RESCHEDULED: cf3 annual meeting and potluck brunch

**Due to snow on Saturday the 12th, we have rescheduled the annual meeting and potluck brunch to the 19th**

When: Saturday, January 19, 2019, 10-12

Where: Coho Creative, 2331 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45206

Why Here: The building, built in 1958 as a regional headquarters for Alcoa Corporation, sports many mid-century details. Come hear its owner, Jon Shapiro, president of Coho Creative share the challenges and discoveries of renovating and inhabiting this mid century in East Walnut Hills.

What: Brunch! This is a potluck, so bring your favorite brunchy treat to share! Additionally, the Annual Meeting of cf3 Cincinnati Form Follows Function will take place at the start of the event. This brief meeting is open to all members. The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors and discuss our plans for the year.

cf3 is pleased to announce the following slate of members who have agreed to serve on the Board of Directors in 2019:

Additional members may be nominated to the slate by a written petition signed by ten (10) Members, provided such petition is received by the Board within fourteen (14) days after notice of the slate is provided to Members.

In the event of a contested slate, Members will be asked to vote on the slate at the 2019 Annual Meeting.
