cf3 members Bill & Jane Duning welcome us to their historic Lebanon residence!

When Bill & Jane Duning bought the Lebanon Odd Fellows Temple it had a bakery on the first floor, a gym/kitchen on the second, and a ceremonial meeting hall on the third. The building came with knob and tube wiring, space heaters, and a rusted fire escape.

Bill and Jane built out the interior for their residence on the third floor, three luxury apartments on the second floor, and a residential lobby and offices on the street level. On adjacent vacant lots they added an elevator tower with garages and storage on the alley side and a 22' x 80' entertainment room on the other side with outdoor decks above.
