Come see ‘part 2’ of this amazing retro-renovation of a Rudy Hermes designed home in Finneytown! cf3 members had the great pleasure of touring this home shortly after it was purchased from the original owners in 2015. Rudy (who passed away this past November) was even on hand to share with cf3 members his recollections of the design and building process. Now come see how artists Amy Flesher and Tim Dutton have put their own spin on this Brady Bunch-esque split level with ample room for work and play.
