It’s time to kick off 2015 with the annual cf3 Potluck event. This year’s event will be at the unique home of cf3
members Jane and Pat Walsh in Western Hills. The 4,200 sq. ft. home was designed by Richard Savage in 1968. Its primary inspiration came from the original owner's love of the ski lodges the family visited out west. However, it also displays Japanese and mid-century influences. The highlight of the home is the large family room with soaring ceiling and massive stone fireplace. The house was featured in a 1974 Enquirer article exploring the emerging trend away from the formal living room as the primary place for entertaining.

The home was purchased from the original owners by Jane and Pat in April 2013. Only minor cosmetic updates have been completed to date, but Pat and Jane have been working with Drawing Dept and RM Interiors on a kitchen upgrade that will begin at the end of January. Associates from both firms will be on hand to discuss the plans.

As usual, please plan to bring your favorite hors d’oeuvre or dessert on your favorite MCM wares. Beverages will be provided. No street parking is available, but plenty of driveway space should accommodate attendees, address and directions will be provided a couple of days prior to the event to RSVPed members.
