2014 Pot Luck / General Meeting & Election

Greetings cf3 members and modernist friends

It’s time to kick off 2014 with a gathering and an election. So plan to be there.   We’ve also planned a modern twist!

Join fellow members on Saturday, February 22 from 7 to 9 for beverages and mimosas (provided) along with your appetizers and desserts by the bite.

In addition to cf3’s annual election of officers and board members at 7:30, there will be a short and inspirational presentation by Chris & Wendy Magee, current owner of the Segal residence.  Time and previous owners had not been kind to the Westminster property, which also spent some time unoccupied.  When Wendy and Chris Magee became the home’s sixth owners in 2005, they found a diamond in the rough.

Since then, the three-bedroom, 2,600-sq.-ft. home, located in Paddock Hills, has been extensively renovated and manicured.  Major interior projects include full bath modernization, new master bedroom wardrobe, refinished floors throughout, new stairs and railing, remodeled den space. Exterior projects range from whole house repainting, extensive new roof, refinished redwood fascia, remediated chimney and fireplace to extensive new concrete hardscape and landscaping including new front porch that Chris designed and poured (with a little help from family).
